Frank holds his surgeries in the Treasury Building, Cleveland Street, Birkenhead, CH41 6LE.
All surgeries run on the 2nd, 4th and 5th Friday of the month (except August and at Christmas) at 17.00.
There is no need for an appointment - Frank sees all constituents who turn up.
Each constituent will be seen in private.
