To ask the Secretary of State for Justice if he will introduce tougher sentences in cases of extreme cruelty to animals; and if he will make a statement.

To ask the Secretary of State for Defence with reference to the answer of 22 April 2013, Official Report, columns 619-20W, on armed forces: recruitment, if he will represent the data giving the numbers who (a) were tested and (b) passed for each of the three services in each of the last 20 years.

To ask the Prime Minister if he will establish a single honours list each year rewarding the giving of money to charitable works and foundations and to honour equally those who similarly generously give their time to charitable activity.

To ask the Secretary of State for Health if he will bring forward proposals to extend existing smoking legislation in the UK to include vapour from electronic cigarettes.

To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions if he will set clear time limits for the new formal reconsideration stage for claimants wishing to appeal; and if he will make a statement.

To ask the Secretary of State for Business, Innovation and Skills how much funding was granted (a) directly and (b) indirectly by the Economic and Social Research Council to the (i) Centre on Migration, Policy and Society and (ii) Migration Observatory in each of the last four years.

To ask the Secretary of State for Health when he plans to announce the Government's decision on the introduction of standardised packaging for tobacco.

To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department what she expects the highest achievable percentage coverage of all passenger movements to be for the e-Borders programme; and when she expects this figure to be achieved.

To ask the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government what estimate the research commissioned by his Department entitled, Identifying social and economic push and pull factors for migration to the UK by Bulgarian and Romanian nations made of the annual number of future immigrants from Romania and Bulgaria.

To ask the Secretary of State for Justice pursuant to the answer to the hon. Member for Banbury of 14 February 2013, Official Report, column 866W, on human trafficking, for what reasons he considers the release of the requested information by local authority area to be a threat to victim safety.

To ask the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government for what reasons an EEA national exercising their right to freedom of movement as a self-sufficient person may (a) need and (b) be entitled to social housing.
